Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions apply to orders for baked goods including wedding and custom cakes and other items) from White Flower Cake Co. LLC.

All deposits and payments made on custom orders are non refundable. Custom orders include any custom cake, wedding cakes, and anything other than walk in retail sales. Upon cancellation, a White Flower Cake Shoppe gift card will be issued as long as the cancellation has been made 2 weeks prior to the event.

By signing this agreement (which will be provided to the buyer when ordering), the buyer has agreed to color, design(s) and flavor upon placement of the order. The buyer also agrees that upon final payment and pickup or delivery of the order, that they accept the product “as is” and no refunds will be issued.
