We are so excited to share with you how we create amazing buttercream cakes. There may be a few steps required to save the video depending on what type of device you have.
Please make sure that your computer/device has the ability to download and save files to the hard drive. While not all devices can download and save video file directly from the factory, it is easy to install an app that will let save all the video files you want!
This is for you iPad users:
You will need to install a video downloader app on your iPad before you can download and save the tutorial. It takes all of maybe 10 minutes to do this so don’t worry. Go through the checkout, go to the app store and download a video downloader(minor additional cost), and then open your email for the new tutorial download link. If you find this difficult, saving the video to a desktop computer and then transferring it to the mobile device may be easier for you.
For the Windows users (Dell, Gateway, HP, Acer, Lenovo, etc.):
The tutorial videos are all MP4 file format. This means you may need to update your video player or install a new FREE one that you find online. I have used VLC and have been very happy with it. This is a breeze.
What you are purchasing from White Flower is not a video streaming service.
It IS an awesome video digital download that you will need to download, save, and enjoy as many times as you want. The download link that will be emailed to you, right after checkout ,will not last forever. The link will expire after you have clicked on it five times. ONLY the emailed download link will expire, not your tutorial. After you have saved the file to your computer it is yours as long as you like. I would strongly recommend backing up your tutorial on another drive or network just in case you lose it or accidentally delete the file. This is good advice (and common sense) for any software or digital media you have.
